Optionally, Bouncer can walk new members through a short guided tour of the server via ephemeral messages. No clutter, no spam.
Bouncer keeps per-guild concierge state in PostgreSQL, so a restart never loses track of who has been verified.

How to use
Bouncer has two command groups: /setup for the welcome channel, and /concierge for the optional guided onboarding tour.
/concierge status Admin only Show concierge tour configuration for this server.
/concierge tour-add Admin only Add a stop to the onboarding tour: a channel new members visit during the guided walkthrough.
/concierge tour-remove Admin only Remove a stop from the onboarding tour.
/concierge tour-list Admin only List all onboarding tour stops for this server.
/stats Show onboarding statistics for this server (welcomes sent, verifications completed, etc.).
/simulate-join Preview the onboarding experience as a new member. Useful for testing before going live.
