These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all Blocksensus Discord bots and services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Use of the Services

Blocksensus grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Services for personal or non-commercial purposes within Discord servers you manage or participate in.

2. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws, Discord's Terms of Service, or infringes upon the rights of any third party. Commercial use requires express written consent from Blocksensus.

3. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Blocksensus shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses.

4. Modifications to the Services

Blocksensus may modify or discontinue any Service at any time without notice. You agree that Blocksensus shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and all associated intellectual property rights are and shall remain the property of Blocksensus. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute the Services or any portion thereof without express written consent.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blocksensus from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services.

7. Termination

These Terms may be terminated by either party at any time. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Services.

8. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Blocksensus regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.

Blocksensus projects are provided on a best-effort basis, with no guarantees or warranties.
